The back of the pins and locks are felt padded. This license plate kit comes complete with hardware and premium hardware covers for the Ultimate installation. Available with the Volvo logo on a standard size license plate, or Volvo name or model names on both size plates.NOTE: If you are ordering a half-plate size, please MEASURE the distance between the holes in the bumper.
